[ Varian is currently sitting on a pile of mochi, something he accrued from the last month's events. He's not certain even he can eat it all and that's saying something.

So naturally Varian just sends a message without giving it much thought.]

at least if you eat you can work on getting taller.

Me personally? God of healing and medicine. So mostly I read or help people or spend time with my dogs as of late. I can certainly make time

i seem to recall something about that. sounds like a lot of responsibility; most here have some generic god statuses but that one would be a lot of pressure.

It's comforting, in a sense. I like trying to stay busy and helping people. And yes! You should come and see them sometime. I have a number of dogs that I assume came with the temple itself-- every shape and size I could ever imagine. They guard the premises and offer comfort!

[He glanced down as he texted, at the large dog at his feet, reaching down to pat her neck.]

most would crumble under those kinds of duties. then again, idle hands are the worst kind.

dogs are worth it. maybe i will come see them sometime and look at just how many there are.

You're definitely not wrong there! It's nice to keep busy anyway, even if it's something little. Makes the relaxing times more worth it.

And please, drop by anytime. I'm sure they would love some more company, honestly! It's a job in itself making sure they're all content and exercised!

I do! Here and there. Mostly.

You know, I... don't think I've really stopped to count them! At least 7 or 8-- thereabout at least.

i have the suspicion there's always someone who needs healing.

a lot, then. let me know which one is the most energetic, i'll take them for a walk when i do my morning training.

Nana will love you. She's one of the calmest, but since she's so big she needs a lot of exercise. A couple of the medium ones would love long morning walks! I'll see who would help best

it's a deal then. you don't need them back at certain times for anything, do you? my training can be a few hours minimum depending on how things are.

Nono, by all means take your time! Nanas the only one who acts in a sort of official capacity and I imagine even she could use a break now and then. You're fine!

alright, either i'll tire them out or they'll tire me out. it will be interesting to see which happens.

i suspect it'll be the smaller dogs that manage it.

Well how about I come over for mochi and tomorrow morning you can come by and meet the dogs? I can try to have some breakfast around too, if you want.
